Glacius evenings - New Start

Dear friends,

Some players miss Glacius server with its new maps.
Unfortunately for us, Spacius proved to be more visited and we are forced to follow the majorities' opinion.

The Good news is that Adminless is ready to organise rare special events on Spacius server with Glacius mappack if there is enough interest.

The suggested time is Wednesday 6 of January of 2021 from 21:00 to 23:00 CET.

To make this happen, please put a comment below that you are joining.
If we get 15 votes by Monday 4, 23:59 the impossible will come true.

We didn't meet the criteria on the interest. Pls, comment whether Glacius mappack is available today (or not). So that people connect or not.

sure if nothing fails (I tested it the other day but haven't been done for real so far) the server is set to switch to glacius today at the specified time here, 21:00 CET, and then to switch back to spacius at 23:00 CET (btw note that the switch is on map change, i.e. it has "lag"). yes, it seems so (as expected btw), however as you requested it and since change the server a couple of hours isn't a big deal I'll let it be anyways and this way we also test that (in case some day is really needed) and we'll see what happens.

I was attempt use it, but server wanna download map from me. Where I can get this new map?

ioq3v6-unfreeze-client-v20.5.zip the official client, it just comes with all you need to just double-click on it and connect, I mean, it even ships pre-configured for the most part. please, just don't forget to put your pak0.pk3 (i.e. the Quake III Arena) from your current legit Quake III Arena installation inside the baseq3 folder. hope that helps.
