Bad balance when new players join

We have this problem especially at noon and at the beginning of the evening, when people come and join for only 1-2 games and leave again. The teams are not too big: about 6vs6 to 8vs8.

1. A good player joins, and because teams are small will change the balance, this team will keep winning.
2. As a result a low seat (from the lower ranks) player will be assigned to the loosing team, which is now a person more.
3. Now another good player joins and ends up in the winning team, because autobalance moved one more person to the loosing team.
4. This circle repeats itself until we end up with something absurd like this:

I saw the other post about balance and I would wish that we could do balancing more aggressive. While I enjoy playing in the weaker team, I certainly do not prefer to play 1on5 :)

Also, if I balance manually I will be punished by having to wait a minute to rejoin, and in most cases I cannot even join the loosing team because they have an additional player (point 2 above).

thank you for the input. as said, I guess that at some point I might try to improve that as everything else but that's just not a priority at the moment as that's working fine for the most part already. that said, in any case I can tell you from experience that it's always much better to not have the balance act than is to have it act wrong so any balance changes need to be careful and not disturb the game/experience way too much. it's the way it's, nobody enjoy being switched like that so some things take more time. you can not just start aggressively switching players pretty much at random as you're putting it, it doesn't work like that, that's simply ruining the game.

I totally disagree. When a lot of people circle in and out (noon, after noon, early evening) the balancing that currently happens is worse than not having any balancing. Balance is only good when enough people stay in the game (evening) when switching the map.

Today we had several games, that were totally out of balance again, and balancing for example acting when we are on 7:1.

When I see this , I go spec , it forces the balance to change , but this is when I already joined a badly balanced game that the system auto balance didn't kick in
