well I guess is better than just having people with custom packs shouting seventy five, fifty and Kill Me Now! all over the place. besides unless you're one of those using those custom packs (or similar) that give a unfair advantage (i.e. a soft cheat) with default sounds may be on duels it can be useful/make a difference but in a 20 players room ftag game they are highly unlikely to make any difference at all even if you were able to distinguish them on that circumstance to begin with.
