Three empty runs do not mean the loop failed

The Emperor Gateway Conduit blueprint has a chance to drop from a Harvester Payload, so reaching a payload does not guarantee a blueprint. The same payloads can drop the ARC Conductive Coupler, ARC Insulated Coupler, and ARC Plated Coupler, which makes a coupler-first run productive even when the blueprint does not appear.

Check the map condition before committing to Pendola Pass. The loop requires Redirection; Damaged Emperor Relays will not activate the harvest cycle under the wrong condition. During Redirection, relays typically begin firing with roughly 25 minutes left on the raid clock. A red beam is the visible sign that a relay is active.

Change the next raid objective

Queue for Pendola Pass only when the map-selection screen shows Redirection. Decide before deploying whether this run is for couplers or another blueprint attempt, then keep enough inventory room for the beacon and the loot you want to extract.

Loot early while the relays are dark, then rotate when a Damaged Emperor Relay fires its red beam.
Interact with the active relay to take an Emperor Beacon. It is an Epic quick-use item, weighs about 2.0, and stacks up to three, but the stack still uses inventory space.
Place the beacon on open ground without overhead cover so the Harvester Payload can land. Do not expect the blueprint or all three couplers from every payload.
Loot the payload and secure any blueprint immediately in a safe slot. Extract successfully to Speranza before learning it; dying with the blueprint in a normal slot can cost you the hunt.

Squads can split the risky part of the run: one player watches the flanks while another loots, and a third holds the extract. Solo, place the beacon near a planned extract route while still choosing open ground. Avoid carrying extra beacons when you need the space for couplers or other raid priorities.

Turn a blueprint drop into repeat access

Once you have extracted and learned the blueprint, craft the Emperor Gateway Conduit at Workbench I. The craft requires one ARC Conductive Coupler, one ARC Insulated Coupler, and one ARC Plated Coupler; no upgraded station is needed.

The conduit is consumed when you open the Fallen Emperor entrance, so one craft means one entry. Keep couplers in your stash if you plan to return. Reward Pass tier 60 can provide a ready-made conduit, but it covers only a single entry and does not replace the blueprint as a repeatable craft path.

Do not make Amplification Modules the goal of your next farm before solving the key supply. They are a rare late-game resource inside Fallen Emperor, while the Emperor Modulator supports Gunsmith Workbench level IV progression. Unlock weapon amplification at the Outpost before expecting modules to matter for your guns.

Know when to stop pushing the same run

If Redirection is absent from the current rotation, wait rather than spending a high-value kit on the wrong condition. If the blueprint misses again, bank the couplers or advance toward Reward Pass tier 60 instead of raising your kit cost; greed kits raise wipe risk more than drop rate.
