connection interrupted

I've been getting "microlags" for the last 2 weeks. It's annoying since I can't shoot or rail when needed and just froze for a second. I have a good connection but my ping is 75-90.

as I see it from the network monitoring there seems to be no incidents and from your input it probably sounds more software related to me. I'd suggest perhaps to clean up for pc and shutdown background unnecessary tasks.
