I'd like to get your input on the behavior of Captain Ron, who's recently switched to playing as The Cream.

During the past couple of years he's managed to crank up his annoying chat spam to 11.
His claims are still as bizarre and baseless as ever and yet he keeps poisoning the atmosphere on the servers every. single. time. he. plays.

as you wrote the guy is a well known shit talker like various other. I think I already banned him a few times in the past so given the circumstances he can probably be chat banned again.
