I know this subject has been discussed many times but it is becoming an issue.

The Autobalance needs to be fixed! it interferes too much.

Number 1 Underdog teams will never have a chance to win. After a good start, even teams etc. The A_B starts to switch players and the other team suddenly has more players and the result changes immediately.
I prefer to lose a game 5-10 after a good match and even teams rather than 10-9 after multiple switches and killed flow.

Number 2 - multiple switches during during a game. It is becoming a joke. I remember games where I had been switched like 5 times. (red,blue,red etc.) It needs to be changed. No switch during a game. Just add a bot instead.

Number 3 - Last minute players : The score is 9-9 even game, intense good momentum. Suddenly some players join for the last few seconds causing imbalance and ruin a good game. When the score is 9-9 joining should not be available. Those players should go straight to spec. What is more 9-9 and some players still can be switched to the opposite team... wtf. No switching when the score is 9-9.

Do we really need the autobalance on?

Maybe we should ask the community and vote?

autobalance is necessary, I think that's out of question. that was one of the last things I added and I remember before that it was a total joke, like four guys playing three bots and calling it a good game, literally. as you said, that has been discussed plenty of times and there's no much to do about it beside what has already been tuned in the context of public servers. in any case, thanks for the input.
