mmmm apparently the server internal database glitched from some still unknown reasons, anyways, I just regenerated the stats now as-is and they worked right away as expected so I'll keep digging this. thanks for report.

update: I think the glitch was caused by a recent change in the startup and generation of the stats, I think I just corrected it now.

If its possible to add callvote system to server? i can try to make one on local machine and if it works fine i will upload it but need time and motivation

possible, sure it is, I mean, the callvote system I specifically remove it altogether from the servers and for good reasons. callvote works for clan/private a-like small servers but it's more than a well proven fact that it completely trash and ruin top public servers.
