I think there is too much heat above the Europe right now (also regarding another forum thread) and everyone should cool down :)

I think players just got bored without tournaments. So now they try to find even minor things to make big events out of them. Damn, guys, think about the fact that Adminless has a lot of work. He is not a counselor in your kindergarten. Solve your small-scale problems on the server in the chat or use a rocket launcher for this.

In my opinion, there is not a single player on the server who exceeds the shit talk norms. There are very few shit talkers, and even fewer shit messages. In most cases, shit messages talk about real things. Such messages help people to detect and subsequently correct their shortcomings. This leads to social solidarity.

Better think about how to make Quake3 a game that will bypass CS2 in popularity. To attract sponsors and make cool eSports tournaments. That's what you need to think about.
Quake3 has great potential, but the duel gameplay could not become competitive, the gameplay of CS1.6 CS2.
Adminless was able to develop Quake to a high level, and victory is already very close somewhere. CS2 will s*ck soon!100% ) , with its slow hiding mediocre((с)kamikaze) gameplay.
Team play 5 on 5. Defrosting allies. Defrag from walls and other surfaces. The team that wins the round holds the position of the point that cannot be lost (for example, such a point can be made on red armor). Round timer. And an element that allows you to balance the defending and attacking teams, as well as adding spectacle and variety - for example, quaddemage or hast or invisibility, such an item can lie in the center of the map, and for it, including the defending team can try to fight by sending their scouts at the beginning of the round for this item. Something like that.
need to try and see what works best, and in the end, you will find the option that will make Quake at least equal to CS2 in terms of spectacle.
Because the potential of the game is very big. Quake 3, like CS, has its own unique game style.

people can come after work and turn on the broadcast of quake3, for example, on twitch, even regular training games. If the number of online observers is more than 500, then sponsors already appear. For example, pizzerias, bets on eSports, etc.

Spaces on servers are limited, and if I am in spectators for a long time, I get kicked. And I want to watch quake while I work or after work, and many people want to. Therefore, I think it is worth making a broadcast on twitch on behalf of the spectator bot (it is good if it chooses the best moment of the game, taking into account the interactive activity of this or that player).

hey, just for the record, I still intend to resume that tournament during this summer at least in some shape and/or form. I believe that probably starting this month although I might not be able to follow the games at all times as usual by now I should at least be a able to set everything up and develop the tournament so stay tuned.
