Chat ban for player "Retard" blue name / white name

Is it possible that you check the chats from dm11 around 21 pm today and can give a chat ban to player "Retard" with blue name? This guy said things about Pirate's mom that I really don't tolerate and other players also not! He maybe sees it as a joke, but I/WE don't!! He also calls me cheater for nothing... it's just a KAMIKAZE 2.0 with lower ping and a bit better English I'm sorry if you read the chats and I have said maybe a few mean things, but I was just super angry about this behaviour!
