hey there, as far as I recall the best place to look for the openarena game content is their svn repository here. besides that unfortunately I do not hold any further archives/backups for open arena so I can't really help. I assume those files will probably be development missing assets, usually those kind of files just get renamed along the way, so check there and see if you have luck. I hope that helps.
