Tractor behaviour

Hello,
the player named TPACTOP has a really annoying behaviour consisting of connecting/disconnecting continuously.
Especially, that player *always* disconnect when he's in a team which is about to loose the game.
So, i do know this is public server, and there s no explicit rules against this but, please, can something be done to make him change his behaviour?
I'm not the onely one to be fed up by this player so, if something can be done, i vote F1 for it to be done

Well, if u take into account that i tried at least 10 times to ask politely and nicely to TPACTOP to stop doing this and given that he never tried to answer/give feedback. Plus, if you also take into account that other players also tried to communicate with him with no success, you just can't blame me for this.
Given the long time this guy is on the servers, i'm pretty sure he perfectly knows what he's doing, so if 1 guy is continuously breaking the fun of others, i have no problem to see him away.

It's not what I mean , these kinda people don't effect game to much, it's just a game and when he does play he's quite good

Yes, i do understand and, tbh
at first I didn't want to report him but he ruined 4 games in a row where we were only 2v2
I barely have spare time to play so when i can catch a few games and all are ruined because of a moron attitude, i become a real old fart
