duration of respawn with lava

would it be possible to reduce the respawn time when one falls or is pushed into the lava or identical by being already frozen at a slightly shorter time?

I know, same as when someone spawns fresh and fall into the void, however unfortunately that time (around a minute) is the very minimum possible there already since any slightly lower and people would start abusing it to get free fresh respawns when low instead.
