I was referring to my spare time, if you could read it again LOL. Obviously when I'm working I'm not able to play it. I can't really take a second job just to not have any spare time during day, that would probably kill me not just prevent playing the game.

And how to join duels? I noticed duel server, but it's usually just one bot.

I don't play on these due to OSP and changes on unlagged one that will make me play with players that use cpma ramp jumps

That's all gibberish to me, apart from CPMA. I have CPMA mod installed on separate version of Q3A, but their servers are almost always empty, except CTF server which has like 3-5 players playing sometimes.

My trick is to play only during some months in a year (usually when there is a league, in the winter), and most other months I don't play at all.
Playing once a week simply doesn't work for me in this game.
