i suggest promoting some old players to in-game moderators for a week, they will kick him as soon as they suspect him and eventually he will give up unless the votetokick option is easier .

well, unless I missed something and somebody corrects me I believe that from the last reported incident on this thread there hasn't been any further breaches so far. I wouldn't rule out that he will probably show up at some time again for another round but I believe that overall he is losing momentum.
