Flyoobe : installer Windows 11 sur un PC non compatible

Aujourd’hui, pour installer Windows 11 sur un PC non compatible, il y a maintenant Flyoobe, le successeur direct de Flyby11 !

Conçu par le même développeur (Builtbybel), Flyoobe ne se contente plus de contourner les blocages imposés par Microsoft : il propose maintenant un assitant de configuration post-installation qui permet de configurer et personnaliser une multitude de paramètres système après l’installation de Windows 11. L’objectif est de permettre de contourner tous les choix imposés par défaut par Microsoft et de redonner le contrôle total du système aux utilisateurs.


1ère chose à faire : Vérifier que votre processeur supporte les Extensions au jeu d'instructions qui doivent être compatible Intel® SSE4.2

Pourquoi Windows 11 24H2 ne pourra être utilisé sur certains ordinateurs (voir : POPCNT obligatoire ?)

Ouvrez Paramètres / System / Informations System et notez le nom complet et la puissance du processeur
Puis vérifiez dans ces listes la présence de votre processeur, si c'est le cas il contient le Intel® SSE4.2

A partir de là pour mettre à niveau un PC Windows 10 non compatible vers Windows 11 grâce à Flyoobe, suivez ces instructions :

Puis une fois Windows 11 installé, faites Configurer Windows 11 avec l’OOBE de Flyoobe

Voila c'est terminé votre système d'exploitation est maintenant Windows 11 sans avoir racheté une licence et sans avoir changé de machine et vous recevrez les mises à jours Windows Update pour Windows 11

Today, to install Windows 11 on an incompatible PC, there's now Flyoobe, the direct successor to Flyby11!

Designed by the same developer (Builtbybel), Flyoobe no longer simply bypasses the restrictions imposed by Microsoft: it now offers a post-installation configuration wizard that allows users to configure and customize a multitude of system settings after installing Windows 11. The goal is to bypass all the default choices imposed by Microsoft and give users full control of the system.

First thing to do: Check that your processor supports the Intel® SSE4.2-compatible instruction set extensions.

Why won't Windows 11 24H2 be used on some computers (see: Is POPCNT mandatory?)

Open Settings / System / System Information and note the full name and power of the processor.

Then check these lists for the presence of your processor. If so, it contains Intel® SSE4.2.

From here, to upgrade an incompatible Windows 10 PC to Windows 11 using Flyoobe, follow these instructions:

Install Windows 11 on a PC that is not compatible with Flyoobe ( The site is in French, but you can activate the page translation feature in your web browser )

Then, once Windows 11 is installed, configure Windows 11 with Flyoobe's OOBE.

That's it, your operating system is now ready. Windows 11 without having to repurchase a license or change your computer, and you will receive Windows Update for Windows 11.
