This is a community of players with rules of conduct (and that's a good thing). When playing on the server, you must adhere to them. For example, you can't intentionally push your teammates. In rare cases, this might be done for a teammate-rail-jump, to speed up your teammate, or to move your teammate away from a dangerous spot (but this is not recommended unless you have sufficient coordination with that player (usually players from the same clan can do this), otherwise they might consider it a team push). The video shows you intentionally pushing your teammate for no reason. You'll have to explain whether there's a valid reason or not.
