@fau I know unfortunately as you can understand it makes no sense to setup super fights regularly otherwise they would stop being super fights to become just the norm (i.e. regular fights) and for other than that as I believe that you can see here is very difficult to get any opponents of similar (top) skill to join for some solid regular activity (and even so the expectation is of a couple of tournaments a year or three). additionally this was also scheduled some months earlier but as brought before it had to be delayed due the spawn of the UnFreeZe league that was of higher importance and it obviously made no sense to run two competitions at the same time. sorry about that.

ok, those were basically the expected choices so I'll make the tie-breaker hub3aeroq3 and then the fight will go hub3tourney1, pukka3tourney2, hektik_b3, ztn3tourney1 and hub3aeroq3. as usual I'll send you the fight card some days before we settle the fight date. as for the final fight date as I said I'm ok with almost any week day night (21:00-21:30 CEST approx) or any weekend evening (let's say 19:00 CEST) on the next two weeks from now (let's say until the Thursday 8 of July of 2021 at 21:30 CEST that would work as the last and effective fight date in case of no prior agreement) so feel free to negotiate whatever works better for you and then let me know. as I see it miro is suggesting weekends because he is actually taking you seriously so he wants to take on the fight on proper conditions (i.e. rest, diet, focus etc etc full force basically) though as I said I also understand that you may need/want some time to prepare for the fight then do as you see fit/agree, if you want to do it right this Sunday 27 of June of 2021 19:00 CEST (UTC+02) it can be done otherwise there's still enough time to schedule this if it's more convenient.

haha in form I can't tell as he (miro) hasn't been that active at duels (lot more at regular UnFreeZe probably looking forward hitting the competition there too btw) but at least I can see that this grand final got him quite hyped, ggs ok, fair enough, to be honest in my opinion you both make it in decent competitive shape so I project a epic fight anyways. good, then see you the Sunday 27 of June of 2021 at 19:00 CEST (UTC+02), PM sent now, have fun and good luck.

for other than that as said afterwards if miro wins both of you will retain the titles (undisputed/undefeated champion and champion respectively) and therefor that would settle this masters summer 21 edition but if fau wins he will pick the lineal champion title and the (regular) champion title (just like that) will become vacant and then it will be disputed between Miroslav and d4widoV on the third fight of the main stage of the masters summer 21 edition to settle everything (understanding d4widoV sticks around of course, otherwise, he will be red carded due withdrawal and the normal champion title directly handled to miro).

Miroslav retained his undisputed/undefeated fpsclasico champion title on a fight that went the distance against reigning champion and challenger fau with a performance of his own. please everybody congratulate both participants on a excellent fight and miro on the victory. stay tune for the more.

Apologies about last game, I should have played it to the end and kept my issues to myself. It wasn't an excuse, I think the game was going easily miro's way and he would have won anyway. I just got a bit angry about getting distracted by someone I asked not to do this + losing, and basically ragequit. Sorry again.

I know, agree, it was definitively a unfortunate way to finish the fight but it's ok, we understand, the adrenaline was over the roof probably and we all make mistakes under pressure. also miro shouldn't have abused the smiles as he did while dominating the previous game and so on, things that happen, that's life. anyways as you've said the fight was over at that point (I'll review the score later but it was pretty much decided) so it didn't change anything and it didn't take anything away from a stellar super final that finally went the distance. ggs and thanks for the apology.

2. smiley abuse: sorry about that i hope fau had nochatbeep set to 1 and didnt get bothered. i think i realized i won the map and got overly excited. there was quite some pressure when i was down 1-2. will not happen again, too. sorry.

to fau: good games: you gave me a good run again. quite a shame aero went the way it did but i feel you, man. i mean i got my butt handed by you on the third map and it was tough for me to keep playing. and i also realized the last map somehow was doomed to be won by me (i had better spawn and some situations where i got lucky and u did get unlucky. e.g. when i did the 5-0 i got you right before you were able to take mega). i appreciate you for challenging me the way you did and i am also cool with the early ending of the last map. i hope it is still mutual. as you noticed my ping was significantly (~10ms) lower than usual because i was playing from a friends place because i needed some more confidence when playing OSP netcode with no unlagged. i think the result could still have been 3-2 but much closer overall. but it is telling i go to a friends place to play because i needed that edge and extra confidence.

ok the super final has been finally resolved with a really hard worked Miroslav victory that remains still undisputed/undefeated fpsclasico champion over a stellar fau that played his part and forced the fifth game to resolve the bout on a champion class performance too. so things started at hub3tourney1, miro best home map, where he (miro) didn't fail to deliver and dominated a fau that never managed to feel comfortable on the game and find some solid chances to punish his opponent. pukka3tourney2, first fau home map, showed and that was a total different story with fau returning the punishment from the previous game against a miro that still managed to keep the game somehow competitive despite the clear fau superiority on this map. with the score tied the fight moved to kektik_b3, second fau home map, and once again fau didn't fail to take his part of the deal and beat miro twice in a fight for the first time on a stellar performance despite encountering again solid opposition from miro to secure at least a tie-breaker finish and put all the pressure on his opponent. ztn3tourney1, second miro home map, was probably the stellar deciding moment of this fight, with miro just one map away from defeat he assumed his ultimate form and probably played his best game so far to dominate a fau that unfortunately struggled to dispute miro a home map once again to come to show why he is still undisputed after all. unfortunately such a loss at the climax of the fight added with some controversial chat use had a perceived impact on the spirit of fau that led him to ultimately withdrawn from the last hub3aeroq3 tie-breaker game at a time of 7 minutes and 44 seconds with a losing score of 17:3 in favor of miro also due personal reasons that way leaving the deciding map uncontested and ultimately conceding the victory to Miroslav on the overall outcome. ok, as usual here are now the official results and demos:

ok, so I think that that's it with this super final and per extension with the fpsclasico masters summer 21 edition as this miro victory means no further second place/champion title fight involving newcomer d4widoV. with this outcome both players retain their titles of undisputed and champion respectively, and at the time of writing d4widoV haven't done enough so far as to take on a lineal champion shot, he will have to work his way from the rank to become a champion first to get there. overall a great season with ultra competitive fights of over the top skill, really ggs, very well played everybody, thank you very much for participate.

for the rest as usual videos being produced since this finished (expect them tomorrow) and looking forward the future hope to meet up some time again for another edition after the summer, as usual, of course depending on the schedules at the UnFreeZe community events so stay tune and don't miss the fun.
