tov. Stalin using aim assistance

tov. Stalin has been using aimbot, or some similar kind of heavy aim assistance for a few weeks now. First brought to our attention by Plumse who told us to pay attention to "weird rails" he was hitting. See it and judge it for yourself but this is as blatant as it gets.

dm7: he shoots rail and crosshair immediately locks onto another opponent. This isn't human aim:

Weird aim movement, you can tell when his normal organic aim stops and perfect smooth hack flicks begin

And finally the most blatant of the all, a pixel perfect 80 degree flick. Notice also that the railgun hasn't even finished reloading, and yet he does a superhuman flick. Now I don't know about you but this is not how I use railgun, in fact no legit player, not even pros use railgun this way. Also noticed how the movement seems to lack any sort of acceleration, the speed is constant from the moment his crosshair leaved hssnd's body and locks onto KlarDerAbshnr. I don't know how anyone can possibly defend this:
