fixed zoom and crouch binds

btw as some of you requested me I attach here a basic fixed zoom and crouch bind cfg to keys z and c (i.e. so that when you crouch it stays instead of having to hold it, same as with the zoom on z key). I believe this stuff should be more than well known but just in case is of interest to someone else. additionally I'll probably also drop it on the mod on future (small) updates. needless to say feel free to adjust it as you see fit.
