DrEricBerg interesting doctor (he has his own channel on YouTube), he talks about good nutrition, which products are healthy and which are not. I use many of his tips, as I find them quite logical and interesting. For example, I began to eat less sugar, this, as I understand, has already had a positive effect. Maybe this information can be useful and help somehow.

ok guys I finally have some "good" news here finally today my father was discharged form the hospital, meaning that I'll finally be able to settle at home instead of having to stay at the hospital from 9:00 till 21:00 basically. bad news are that he has been dispatched in a almost non functional state (no joke) meaning that he will still require significant care for the foresable future (i.e. bare minimum next days/weeks). in light of that I believe that may be I can give it a shot to try to arrange this once again in the next coming days (i.e. within this week) and then we can see if we can at least arrange something. I was thinking before that in light of this seatback may be a possible solution could be simply to shorten this into a single group without legs and then having a final. as said given the circumstance it might be that I might not be able to attend and/or be present at all times as usual but I hope I should be able at least to oversee and organize the tournament in time as usual so stay tuned.

Great to hear that, I wish your father a healthy and speedy recovery.
As for the league, I support this decision of making it short, to be honest I am not feeling that hyped about this or comp quake at the moment

yeah hard work after they send my father back home I pretty much had to end up spending the whole week taking care of him be it in one way or another like from 8:00 till 22:00, no joke. I hope and I want to believe that he will probably improve somehow because the way it currently is, it's not good. unfortunately it's not known when (or even if it will at all to begin with) so I guess that if by the next week or so I can't put anything tohether at all here then I guess I'll just have to call it quits and cancel this edition instead to hopefully make a come back later in the fall. sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Been there and still doing it, keep it up with your dad

As for event perhaps just organise a single FFA brawl with special map

And 40 players

Invisibility

Quad damage

And of course some extra nades

haha we'll see once he (hopefully) requires a bit less care and I have more time as I said. unfortunately it's what it's if I don't deal with him now he will totally trash the house, completelly wreck himself even more or just anything else and then it will be a bigger problem later on, not good. initially it's supposed improvement is the fastest in the first weeks so let's hope in May something can be done.

ok as a update on the situation here, finally this week my father started the rehab program (that I have to personally drive him to and also attend btw) however the progress so far has been slow and more importantly erratic (i.e. some days he is starting to not require that much care in comparison while others he still requires almost constant attention) which unfortunately it makes any sort of meaningful planning here difficult to say the least. moreover the rehab appointments aren't even really fixed dates yet (still subject to changes) which complicate things even more so after think about it in light of all that I believe the most reasonable and honest/coherent solution here is just to take my own advice and simply delay this until the next season as in this situation though I could perhaps still work something out I can not guarantee it to a sensible standard as it should be the case. from what I have seen so far it appears like the usual rehab time frames for this kind of cases range between 3 and 6 months approx (after that the main recovery/progress phase starts to fade away) which means that then I hope that by the summer or so I should be able to do some better planning and if everything goes well resume this so initially I'll just leave this here instead of just cancel it to pick it off later. obviously the intention and desire is to keep it as it's (instead of coming up with a lesser tournament) but needless to say that by then a new sing up window will open to add/remove players/teams as the situation calls for it so it won't go straight away. in the meantime in line with pacman suggestion I hope I can as well run some tune up event to warmup at some point so stay tuned and as usual thank you very much for your understanding and patience.

One of the best food products is Beetroot. It helps with high blood pressure. A natural product that reduces blood pressure.

garlic, sour cream, cheese, or anything else you add to beets and you have great food.

thanks for the tip but blood pressure actually gets in check with losartan and hidroclorotiazida and so far it seems to be working.
