1 month ban for MaRk05

Yes Mark, but in your case it happened to much and this is why I wrote about it. So no offence, do not take it personally, I just do not want to be a part of such situations and I think that a short ban like a week or two can change players' negative behaviour. Otherwise, everyone will behave in a nasty way, because nobody will control them. I know servers where players are banned for swearing, not mentioning behaviours like we discussed. This maybe is too much, but still I can understand, that some people do not like it at all.

Also keine Beleidigung, nehmen Sie es nicht persönlich, ich möchte einfach nicht an solchen Situationen teilnehmen und ich denke, dass ein kurzes Verbot wie ein oder zwei Wochen das negative Verhalten der Spieler ändern kann. Ansonsten wird sich jeder unangenehm verhalten, denn niemand wird sie kontrollieren. Ich kenne Server, auf denen Spieler verboten sind zu schwören, und erwähnen Verhaltensweisen nicht, wie wir es besprochen haben. Das ist vielleicht zu viel, aber ich kann immer noch verstehen, dass manche Leute es überhaupt nicht mögen.

yeah basically MaRk05 this is a team game so you will have to fix your game to properly display both team models. just saying that you can't distinguish both teams is not acceptable. and yes basically the key here is just that, balance, like everywhere else, it's not about going crazy with months ban at the first issue yet it's not acceptable to have people consistently misbehaving all the time on purpose (or like on your case by "fault"), there must some proportionality and balance overall.

and FFF well I think that you talk too big man especially for someone who apparently was "rather not the type of a guy who would be easilly pissed off", honestly with more than four billion humans blocked (the whole Latin American and Caribbean and Asia and Pacific zones blocked), more than eighty million servers blocked (most well know proxies/vpn's etc), more than a hundred actual well know players banned and more than four dozens of others actually chat banned, I think that if this is well know for something is because of a strong ban policy yet nevertheless if you still find this policy too permissive and clearly unbearable let me remind you that nobody obliges you to come here. don't take it personally either, just saying.

Miro, I misunderstood you. I thought you wrote to me about some players colour change or sth like that. I have no problem with that settings. And Adminless, I do not think my attitude is too strong, just I would like to keep some order and balance like you said to Mark. And about San I heard from many players that they are pissed at him, me included, so this is not something I invented yesterday. I am not a fan of long bans, but I am a fan of certain discipline. And I don't take it personally either

mark05 messaged me on facebook. I gave him some advice on config and overall I feel like the message of a temporary ban has gotten to him. therefore, I would be happy to see his ban ending soon, maybe even earlier than planned because he has learned the lesson and he knows he can also message me for help on config etc.

Well, in my opinion Mark's ban can be shortened but if similar behaviour will repeat, I hope he will get longer ban than few days, but I also hope it will not happen again.

ok Miro thank you about that. yes I agree, I believe that he already apologized and fixed his client so there should be no need for any more ban. you can tell him that his ban will end tomorrow then.

and FFF yes while I appreciate that like I said I won't deny any possible wrongdoing he could have done but so far as could be seen nobody backed you up here and you're really the only one calling for a ban here.

Ok, ok. To me, as I said, it is fine, so I hope we could simply focus on the game, not on other disturbing behaviours / actions (but to clarify it for the last time - it is not only my voice about those two players, and the fact that nobody else wrote in here does not mean I am the only one person who got pissed about these situations).
