so as mentioned in-game the event has finally been decided just by a few frags (three) in favour of miroslav with a very solid second place for cth that led in pretty much everything else beside the score. in third place we got tuby with a outstanding performance specially in the second game that wasn't decided until the very last frag and as fourth iron leading the rest of the pack with a strong showing too. so I guess that then that should be it by now with the ffa event as usual videos just being produced now and the rest of the stats/demos posted tomorrow in separate thread as usual. overall I think it was epic event a lot more competitive/disputed than anticipated so thank you everyone for participate and specially for showing and completing it/honouring it in full. well played, great games everyone.

as said, I think the (potential) UnFreeZe event can be left for September as warm up for another (potential) UnFreeZe season so I believe that if there's interest and turnout enough (i.e. 12/14 people min) we could probably organise as well another ctf event in what's left of the month/holidays/summer so stay tuned.

also now that I look at it crazy showing for gladiator btw that came a close fifth (a virtual tie) despite all the lags and counting with almost half a game less. overall I think the event beat expectations, epic.

yes as I said I think it was great event, much better than anticipated. ok, it's been a few days already and there hasn't been any input about the potential ctf event, I assume it's not happening then and we'll just move on into a new UnFreeZe thing after the Summer.
