So ffa server doesn't show up in browser and also I can't connect by IP. Any idea what can it be?

yes along with cthulhu (due technical reasons unfortunately). as I said, the moment he admitted himself to intentionally throw off the map rotation so much until the point he even established a exploitable pattern he didn't get intermediately banned right on the spot exactly the same as the rest of the people he (and you yourself btw) reported for that very same reason was to not interfere with the on going tournament so later on you didn't come back giving me any more shit. obviously the moment the tournament concluded (congrats on the third place btw well played) just after updating the score and all that I carried on with the ban as I said I was going to and as it couldn't be otherwise. anyways, since it looks like you didn't give me any more shit and the situation didn't escalate during these weeks I believe that this time I can probably short the initial one month term ban into just a 10 days ban so feel free to come back around the next weekend if you want.

it's good that you can shuffle teams. Since if, for example, 2 players from different clans are playing, then it's interesting when each team has 1 clan.

as for the CTH and the Master, I have never seen any transitions from them to teams, besides, they rarely play at all. So they certainly couldn't stop anyone.

no, it's not (team switching), it just leads to broken games so it's not allowed and it carries banning. autobalance/rotation settings/rulesets and so on are there for a reason and people must respect and honor them. I'm not gonna tell you twice you already know that all too well.
