player "Steffo" still harassing players

Hi,

I want to report player "Steffo" for misbehaving.

It looks like he is still chat banned, because he doesn't rant/accuse other by chat anymore.

What he does though, is to rename himself to harass others.

It looks like he was accusing me of cheating, so he renamed to:
"y1x1cheater"
"mafottiticittone" (translated from italian is "fuckyourselfcheater")
and so on.

At a certain point he accused the player NG of the same thing"
"NGcheateryoutoo"
etc

It looks like the drive to attack/harass/offend is stronger than himself, so maybe he deservers a ban for some time.

i think he should get his chatban removed and we should talk to him.

as of right now i have not seen any cheaters and i know u r not cheating too

@pyron83 yes I agree with you that someone who goes the length of starting to mess up with his nick to bug others even after got warned/chat banned because of his behavior is definitively worth a ban, however at the same time I also, as fer is pointing out, feel like probably after so many time is better to leave this as a serious warning by now and see if things escalate from here or not and then proceed accordingly. anyways I apologize for such an unacceptable situation and thank you for your understanding and patience.

@fernandinho1337 I disagree with you this time, the chat ban is clearly well deserved and even acknowledged/welcome it by him, so chat unban him don't seem like the way to go. anyways I believe he uses to frequent the forum (at least from time to time, apparently even this same noon Sat Aug 25, 2018 13:36) so let's hope this message and its content reach him and he cooperate for the good of the community.
