Sometimes the most difficult experiences aren't the loud ones, but the quiet ones.

The ones that don't end with an argument, but with awareness.

Dignity, at times, means choosing not to stay where we no longer feel like ourselves.

The values I carry forward:

that boundaries matter,
that respect can't be begged for,
and that growing up also means letting go.
