hahaha believe it or not "cool down" time is pretty much wasted time in a public server specially in a mode where you already spend a fair amount of time spectating others (i.e. frozen) so that would definitivelly be a turn off for various guys around (ex. there's people who just join for short games if they have to wait long before the game actually starts they might be put off by that). traditionally the warm up/intermission time between games is just the strickly necessary to give everyone enough time to check the scores and connect to the next map. nowadays that time in almost any hardware and connection is pretty much almost zero but back in the day it was usual that it took 10-15 seconds for the people to actually load and connect to a new map, specially in custom server with custom maps.
I doubt that setting pause between matches on 1 minute will cost us to lose players.
In reality i can not even write a one sentence praising somebody for skills or gloating and new match begins. Just not enough time to write anything meaningful in chat.
