Thoughts on Hessa Street lampposts?

I’ve noticed the new Hessa Street lampposts recently and the road seems brighter at night. Visibility feels improved, but I’m wondering if others think they’ve enhanced safety and reduced dark spots, or if there are still areas that need better lighting.
