btw I just properly added the competitive rotation (fully, charon3dm9 included) to the glacius section of the files forum tab now as you noted that was missing and additionally created a small unfreezeplus_mappack to download everything at once for convenience. ok, good news so while we wait for the final choices that will be played now with all this week fights finally scheduled just as a reminder to make it clear here's what's scheduled and confirmed for this week to be played:
  • Tenth 1
    • oKo Clan VS Team Community (Tuesday 8 of November of 2022 21:00 CET)
  • Tenth 2
    • ASS Clan VS ILM Clan (Sunday 13 of November of 2022 21:15 CET)
    • Team Over30 VS Team Pride (Thursday 10 of November of 2022 20:00 CET)
with that said then I guess it's time to introduce the next schedules for the people to go considering across the week (i.e. no need to commit in 5 mins but neither in 5 days):
  • Tenth 2
    • WTF Clan VS oKo Clan (Saturday 12 of November of 2022 21:15 CET)
  • Tenth 3
    • ILM Clan VS Team Community (Tuesday 15 of November of 2022 21:15 CET)
    • Team Pride VS WTF Clan (Thursday 17 of November of 2022 20:00 CET)
oko said they had availability troubles every other week so since this Sunday it's gonna be played I though that it would probably be a good opportunity to schedule the highly anticipated WTF-oKo clash a few hours early. if not possible another possibility for it it would be to do it the next Sunday 20 instead in case it wasn't possible to schedule it during the week of course. the other two fights I assume they should be played at those times or within the week. btw please notice that those dates are currently in advance of the (initially scheduled conservatively safe) calendar I'll update it accordingly once they are confirmed as to not mess everything up by changing it back and forth.

finally I also thought that since I see the interest high and the popularity/participation increasing it should probably be a good idea to give a chance to the teams that wish to (not obliged of course) to make roster changes after the regular season to reinforce for the final phase in case somebody missed the regular season. in any case, any change must be new, the four teams that will advance won't be allowed to potentially recruit any other player that participated on the on-going league either from teams that didn't qualified or direct opponents. there must be new players, there should be about 1-2 weeks in between the end of the league and the semis so I think it can be good opportunity for that. obviously more specific details will be provided by then by now, I'm just saying. additionally for the final phase if some team that missed the league wanna play some ranked fight I believe that there's probably some room for some undercard fight as well by then (not now) so if somebody interested on that can probably go signing up as well here.

yeah I know the time sucks, I was obviously planning on scheduling that at the usual 21:00 CET time or around it but unfortunately it turned out the only day ass-ilm could play was the Sunday and that fight clearly has preference (as it falls first). may be if ass-ilm can do 18:00 instead the times could be swapped that could be another possibility. otherwise just as said Sunday 20 21:00 CET could be a option or if not the Saturday or Wednesday but unfortunately I assume Saturday nights most people is just partying and next week I believe oKo is unavailable. ok, basically just let me know you both (wtf-oko) at what date/times you can play from Saturday 12 till Sunday 20 both inclusive to try to schedule that.

  • over: bal3dm3, storm3tourney1, pro-nodm9
  • pride: 6++, 7++, overkill
  • tie-breakers: hub3tourney1, pro-q3tourney2, q3dm14
then please pride get back to me within the next 24 hours with what maps from that (one from over and one from the tie-breakers) you wanna skip to let over know about it and finally leave this all set for the Thursday night. other than that still waiting to hear from ilm choices against ass for the Sunday night (there's still time though, just saying/reminding).

np iron, thanks for the update, it was just a option. ok I guess that then I'll note those schedules by now on the calendar and we can start by giving a try to the Saturday 12 21:15 CET date for the wtf-oko fight and if not we'll see. the Wednesday probably will not work out as if pride take the Thursday date as they are doing lately it would probably be too much play like that two days in a row for wtf. overall I believe that probably the Saturday 12 night is the best option for that giving the circumstances so let me know.

@ixsy great thanks about that. just notified them about that now and waiting to hear blacklists from them as well to finally leave that set no longer than tomorrow 20:00 CET to proceed to send you the usual fight card PM confirmation here so please stay tune. additionally you can go thinking whether your team can play next Thursday 17 20:00 CET against wtf and what would you like to play.

ok early this afternoon I got over blocks as well for the Thursday fight against pride, overkill and q3dm14, that means the fight will go storm3tourney1, 6++, pro-nodm9, 7++, pro-q3tourney2. fight card and confirmation sent now to both of you (both by mail and forum PM) if you haven't received it or anything just let me know other than that catch you the Thursday 20:00 CET in-game. have fun and good luck to both of you.

btw I'm still waiting to hear from ilm what tie-breaker they want to skip for their Sunday 21:15 CET fight against ass among overkill, pro-q3dm13, q3dm14 although there's still time left (since the fight was moved otherwise the deadline was now btw) it would be good to know it "soon" to leave that finally set and move on with the rest of the fights setups.

for the rest just as a reminder for those around in about a hour will take the top rated fight of the league first round between oKo and team community in what is a straight rematch from the previous edition grand final that crowned oKo as UnFreeZe community champions. good stuff.

thank you about notified ass about it already and hopefully once they get back to me "soon" as well I'll finally send you the fight confirmation as usual.

for the rest, oh man, that bloody grand final rematch between reigning champions oKo and current runner-ups team community got played and this time it really got wild and despite the loss it came to show why team community made it that far on the previous edition. the first oKo choice was very risky and probably had not been because of a poor/slow start by team community where oKo took soon a comfortable lead they would have struggle. arguably along the tie-breaker finish one of the key moments of the fight. likely all the community chances on the fight passed through securing their home maps and they did not fail to deliver this time. on the first one, pro-nodm9, they showed excellent control while on the second, phantq3dm1_rev, excellent skill to secure both despite oKo tremendous efforts. bloodcovenant was probably what worked best for oKo and they did not fail to take it either along with the opening one leading the fight to the first tie-breaker finish of the season. ultimately the tie-breaker that came out after all the choices to decide the fight was hub3tourney1, a classic one that usually works very good, typically this map is fairly balanced and large differences are unexpected at least at this level of skill. that being said oKo ultimately abandoned the aggressive offensive play style to pull off a absolute defensive game that was just too much for community to handle with a almost flawless opening streak that probably decided the fight led by a whoami performance that definitively showed why he is none other than the reigning UnFreeZe mvp. overall a epic rematch of the last grand final that just shows how high the level on this edition really is that it matched up right away on the first round of the league. ggs guys.

videos for the yesterday showdown up on YouTube now, clearly the fight of the opening round by far. about the schedules just now finally waiting to hear blacklists from ass (q3dm7, hub3tourney1, pro-q3tourney2 ilm choices, overkill or q3dm14 tie-breaker) to leave their Sunday fight against ilm set so it would be good to know about the next schedules (currently ilm-comm Tuesday 15 21:15 CET and pride-wtf Thursday 17 20:00 CET) specially if the highly anticipated wtf-oko clash is gonna be done this Saturday 12 night (initially 21:15 CET) it should probably be known by today/tomorrow as to proceed with the maps choices otherwise there's probably not gonna be enough time to set it so please those involved on that let me know about that when you can.

ass finally got back today with hub3tourney1 and overkill as blacklists for their Sunday fight against ilm so that will make the fight pro-q3dm6, q3dm7, reqdm5, pro-q3tourney2 and q3dm14. fight card PM confirmation sent now as usual here on forum to both ironmonkey and cliff then unless you spot some mistake or something there just see you in-game the Sunday night, have fun and good luck to both.

for the rest of the fights I haven't heard anything about ilm-community (Tuesday 15 21:15 CET) or pride-wtf (Thursday 17 20:00 CET) then please those involved on those ones let me know about it when you can. the immediate Saturday fight between wtf and oko from what I heard from both so far it's not happening then I guess that to guess started I noted it for the next Sunday 20 21:15 CET instead and we'll if then it happens at that date.

other than that just mention for the guys that are bellow forum user level 4 and that therefor can't send PM's and thus are reaching through the contact form of the forum in my signature, the answers to such request go directly to the email account provided on such contact form which for registered users is that of your forum account. then please those using that method to reach me look for my answers there (on the provided email and make sure to look on your spam/junk folder if necessary) instead of here in the forum and consequently make sure that your registered forum email account is up-to-date and active as it should always be so you can stay in touch and/or recover your account if necessary.

Community can play on Tuesday 15. As far as we can understand ILM has first map choice.
